A bit about the collections,

by potter Moira Ferguson

Our original ‘Standing Stone Collection’ included eleven signature products. Most items  are suitable for interior and exterior display. They are quite sculptural in form but still functional and can be ordered as either vessels or planters.

The Tree of Life range are hand sculpted and individual pieces supplied as freestanding sculptures or wall plaques. Most items in our range can be supplied in 2 finishes, Buff or Black clay. Several items are made in a range of size options as well.

New for 2022  is a small selection of our Lochs’n’Glens dishes, which reflect the rugged and watery landscape here on the west coast of Scotland.

The Rock Art vessels celebrate the creativity of early Neolithic man and his interaction with the natural landscape, evidence of which can still be found today.

The Holy Loch’s small Standing Stone planter range is popular for displaying and growing alpine, cacti and succulents. They are attractive standing singly or in groups of two or three.

Also available is a small selection of our individual, hand crafted Green Man tiles and masks. Pagan in origin and rich in symbolism, they are traditionally believed to represent the cycle of life, death and rebirth. This character can be found in many forms throughout the world. It still adorns many small and ancient country churches as well as many grander Cathedrals.
